THOMAS
SMAXWELL
Atlantic Region |
| |
 |
Tom Smaxwell
joined the company in 1981, training in Dayton, Ohio with the Mideast
Region. In February 1982, Tom moved his family to Indianapolis, to
expand operations throughout Indiana. After many years of continued
success, expansion and growth, Tom moved his family in July 1995 to
Raleigh to expand the Carolinas.
A key factor in the success of these offices has been the personal
field leadership that Tom has demonstrated from the beginning. There
has also been tremendous success in field training which has built
manpower in each office with which Tom has been involved.
Early success came in the number of Presidents Clubs won, both
as a personal producer and in management competitions. The training
recognition awards, such as the Diamond Club, were all won, achieving
the Grand Diamond Award for the most number of successful trainees.
Continued success in the Atlantic Region since 1995 has brought out
some of the top field and management leaders in the company. A strong
commitment to whatever it takes to build the region and
attain growth is the foundation which has created such a stable presence
as the Atlantic Region contributes to the companys future.
Tom came to the company with five years retail experience and a degree
from Ohio State University. |
